Didn't get the order

I didn't even receive my order and you guys are claiming the you delivered it. I fact my order was cancelled from your end and there is no way to contact you guys . Such a pathetic thing . I really feel bad that I ordered from you guys . This was my 4th order from your website but the way I got cheated says that one shouldn't believe such fraudulent websites . Cancelling a order and then not returning the money is not a big deal but you guys lost a loyal customer in me .
